Ms Lee Hwee Boon is head of group human resources at OCBC. She oversees human capital management, training and development. With a background in strategy, risk and commercial banking, she holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Banking and Finance.
